Technical and safety

Material Composition: Highest-quality natural slate with exceptional durability and very low water absorption (less than 0.1% by weight).
Finishes Available:

Blue/Grey Riven Paving: Hand-split from strong and long-lasting Delabole Blue/Grey slate, offering a natural, textured surface.
Blue/Grey Sawn-Faced Paving: paving slabs sawn on both faces to provide a relatively smooth finish.

Size Options: Various sizes available, including random irregular shapes and sizes from approximately 300x300mm to 900x600mm.
Installation: Can be traditionally laid on a 2” (50mm) dry mix sand and cement screed. To improve adhesion, paste the back with a neat slurry of cement or waterproof PVA.
Maintenance: Virtually maintenance-free; occasional washing down may be performed if required.
Safety: Non-combustible and resistant to sulphuric acid, atmospheric pollution, and temperature changes, ensuring a safe and stable building material.
